Love the service. It was as good as Teladoc. The only complaint is that I want to use Telemedicine as my primary doctor and it is not available. :(

was connected with a doctor within 10 minutes, diagnosed, and prescriptions called in to my pharmacy within another 15 minutes. My first use but not my last!

It makes being sick ok not having to spend the day at ER

The pre-MD person was extremely difficult to hear and follow for directions. Once I spoke to the M.D. The call was fine---exstremely short but it was fine. If need be, I will think of using this service again

MDLIVE has been very helpful when we are on vacation and when we have had busy weeks but a family member gets sick.

It took over 30 minutes to answer all the questions and 3 minutes for the doctor. Does my information stay with my profile? If not, it would be debatable whether this is better than the urgent care.

Fast, convenient, and simple. I was able to call in at 5am and pick up prescriptions when the pharmacy opened - all without the usual hassle of an unscheduled doctor visit. If I had any complaints, it would be that the MDLIVE doctor is just like the in-person physicians I avoid - too busy to listen and in a hurry to give you the diagnosis and move on without hearing you out. Fine for a cold or something simple, not great if there are bigger problems. Definitely better than urgent care or the ER! I'd recommend for anyone experiencing minor or familiar health issues!

It’s hard to get things right without a face to face. I did have to call two separate times a week apart because first treatment didn’t work well.
