All was well - I had to track down script as it did not make it to the pharmacy so the nurse at customer service called it in.

Good. I've had more care, necessary or not, as a result of this. Creates peace of mind. Vital feature.

The app was smooth but the doctor I recently had was hard to understand and seemed to have little empathy for my issue. That’s why I gave it a 4-star rating.

Signing up to use the service over the phone was a little clunky--it felt like I had to repeat lots of information, and it took up a fair chunk of time. After that first step, though, things went really quickly - I'd definitely use it again!
