I was very pleased with my visit. I just found it difficult to take pictures. I would do it all over agsin.

Ease of use was great. Only downside is the doctor doesnt actually listen to what your telling them.

MDLIVE is the best thing that could have ever happened to people who can’t always go to the doctor because of funds. There is no 2-3 hours waiting to be seen, symptoms are diagnosed, and prescription sent to the pharmacy. The greatest blessing is that there’s no co-pay or doctor bill.

I was able to get a re-fill of a RX without an expensive Dr. appointment.

This is an excellent service for non-emergency care quickly and efficiently. I had a UTI and knew that was the case from the symptoms. I was in between travel and it was a holiday the following day when I would be flying out and needed to be able to get the medication to begin taking it before my flight and week out of town. I was able to quickly schedule an appointment, took the call 2 minutes later, described my symptoms and situation, and my prescription was sent to my pharmacy for fill and pick-up with a detailed report available to me within about 5-10 minuets. It was so easy I couldn't believe it. Cost effective - and easy. Excellent.

Most of the time you are able to get quick service and results. Last call did not get the result for what I called in for and needed and still got charged for the call. Was told I would have to go to Urgent Care since it had been less than 6 months from my previous call. Was not aware of that policy for the same treatment

Had some struggles getting through the app. , but the dr. I spoke with was very good.
