The service was good and there was no hiccups. However, I am still waiting for the best results.

Overall, my experience was great! What a relief to not have to go schedule with a doctor's office and Haul my sick self out into the world. The only reason they're getting four stars instead of 5, is that the pharmacy I wanted did not pop up in the initial questionnaire portion. I asked my doctor change it and he said he could, but ultimately the prescription was called into the wrong pharmacy. My husband also had a problem with the prescription getting called into the pharmacy. His simply was not there the first time. These things are not the end of the world. I understand there are glitches. It took a little bit of communicating to fix it, and now it works splendidly.

I received a prompt call from a Dr. The Dr. was caring. He helped the best he could over the phone. I like this benefit.

Loved being able to speak with a physician right away. Sometimes a little difficult to navigate the screen when requesting to speak with a physician.

I had two calls recently for bladder infection. First antibiotic was only for 3 days and did not take care of infection, I was than giving another antibiotic for a 5 day course and that took care of it. Call back from doctor was within 5 minutes, very please thank you
