I explained my symptoms to the doctor and unfortunately they sounded very similar to Covid. She advised a Covid test which I had performed and it was negative. I'm still sick 2.5 weeks later. But she used the information I provided and made a good call.

I appreciate the opportunity for therapy over the phone. It has been beneficial and helpful... I must be honest though, in person therapy is easier for me.

The counselor was very knowledgeable. He seemed like he cared about how I was feeling. He "hit the nail on the head" as to what my issues were. I would give them five stares but the first counselor I was scheduled to see did not show up and then tried saying it was me who did not show up. I look forward to working with this counselor to rectifier my issues.

Getting registered took some time but I was assisted by ? and she was extremely courteous and was patient with m. The call was prompt with the Dr, and I was able to get an Rx right away.

Associates were pleasant and easy to work with, quick appointment scheduled. They were responsive even if they didn't know they were sure to provide some information and directions. A BIG THANK YOU TO YOU ALL FOR MAKING MY EXPERIENCE PLEASURABLE. KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK, GOD BLESS YOU ALL 🙏🏽❣️

I was truly impressed with MDLIVE because the process was super easy and medically helpful. I was able to easily contact them and provide the basic info to the intake person over the phone. They walked me through sending a picture of my child's throat and promised a return call shortly. The doctor called me as promised, she gathered lots of information and seemed to be extremely knowledgeable and confident in her diagnosis. Each person I spoke with expressed concern for the patient and wished her well with getting better which made me feel as if they truly cared. I gave 4 stars instead of 5 only because of my own hesitancy with believing that a picture was enough to possibly rule out other issues. Otherwise, I would totally recommend MDLIVE when a physical trip to your doctor is not possible.
