I was pleasantly surprised just how good the service was. From the point of registering to the actual appointment. The intake agent was extremely kind & professional. The updates of emails & phone calls useful. But, most important Violet Burke is extremely compassionate & knowledgeable. She is a strong therapist & I look forward to working with her. I have already suggested MDLIVE to several friends. I wish I had known this service was available earlier.

In between doctors and needed to fill BP medication. Great job getting everything done and approved. Very speedy 2 hour service to have meds in my hands.

Got on line and logged in. I answered a few questions and got a text immediately that they received it. 30 seconds later got another text assigning it to a doctor on call and within a minute I received a call from them. I answered some questions and within 10 minutes consultation I was off to the pharmacy to get my prescription. This is the best thing ever! No more urgent care.

I was traveling out of state and was over a thousand miles away from my doctor and pharmacy. Was able to speak with a doctor, share photos, and get an RX within 40 minutes. Super impressed!
