longer wait time but kept getting updates

Once the call is initiated, you are placed in a waiting room, however there is not any indication of how long you will be waiting. And when the doctor got on the line, I expected a video feed, but only had audio.

I liked being able to speak with a Doctor and not have to travel in to my regular's Doctor's office. And, she was able to diagnose me over the phone and provide treatments.

Experience was very good. Although I think I should have asked about family members since I had the flu and should have been subscribed Tamiflu as well since family member is covered under my plan. Husband ended up with the flu and hospitalized.

My experience was good in regards to the Dr. I did have difficulty getting my prescription because the clerk incorrectly entered my date of birth, so it took 40 minutes to get it all straightened out

Service was convenient, timely, and efficient. I feel like a doctor's note should have been given though.

Great except for wait times. You would tell me to be ready, then call and say, No, wait a little longer. Went on for about 4 hrs, but I hung in there and got help. Thanks
