I have to rate it Average until after my meeting. However, it was a five star starting the process.

I was not able to make a follow up appointment with my psychiatrist because the physician because of Covid her license lapsed and not licensed in state of Nebraska. All your psych doctors are like that and no one called me back to get to the end of this . Very stressful and not happy. I need more medication and now can't get a follow up apponment.

There were problems with the website and app and it wouldn’t let you connect via camera to see doctor and then see you.

My therapist is great. Very convenient especially with not needing to leave the house and risk COVID exposure. Only complaint. When trying to make a future appointment the app is very confusing.

Was very hard to set up the appointment! I was unsure how to do the blocks of information at first and if I was really unwell would have had to to rely on someone to help w that ! Luckily I figured it out and got my appointment very quickly ! Doctor did not tell me the medication he was calling in nor did he tell me dosage and frequency ! Was like a Russian roulette game ! I got clear information on the bottle but I felt like I should have had a doc that was more engaged to me & my needs ! A plus was the very quick response I did receive after I set things all up ! 6 ****** stars ! Will be using this service agin and I would recommend it ; especially if the changes were made to make it easier to fill in the info prior to the appointment! Set up was way too hard and a bit confusing! A very sick person would not have been able to do that ! Took me several tries to set up ! Thankfully I did get well on the needed medication ! Very Grateful M 💙😊

The second time I tried MDLive was much better than the first. The first time I tried to get on a pop-up box said it would cost $82 to talk to a doctor. That was in the daytime. The second time I tried no such box popped up. I got to talk to a doctor within 10 minutes of requesting one. I don't understand the difference; was it due to the time? I would appreciate an explanation for this.
