The physician visit portion went well. The verification for my employer was a disaster.

I was pleased with the overall experience. It took longer than the advertised 15 minutes for a doctor to call me back but once she did, everything went very smoothly. (According to the followup from the company on my first version of this review, the additional wait time was due to Covid-19. I can understand that. They could have put a message on their webpage to indicate that possibility.) I only had one issue; the doctor called in a medicine not covered by my insurance. I didn’t find out until I went to get it filled and then I was left with no way to get back in touch with the doctor, nor to get a different drug. Although the website mentioned a customer service option, I was unable to get in touch with anyone. This is an area they should improve upon. Perhaps the doctor or at least a company representative could simply email within 24 hours to see if someone had an issue with the prescriptions or other problems and try to resolve it? Don’t get me wrong. It was super convenient and helpful, especially since I couldn’t leave home due to the Covid 19 shelter in place order in my city and state. I only hope they will try to find a way to keep someone else from having the same issue I did.

First time user. Went well, just took longer to get a return call. But I understand because of the virus everything is overwhelmed. Thank you, will use again for sure. Much nicer than waiting at a clinic for hours!!

It was very convenient and worked great for our particular case. I can see where you just can’t replace a one on one with a physician. But for what we required it was great

The doc forgot to send my prescriptions so I had to hunt that down, but otherwise the appt was good. It was a little discouraging to find out I have to go in to get phentermine as I was ready to start my diet again, but cannot unless I go in and the doc can see the whites of my eyes. Which I cannot do as we are not supposed to go anywhere. Kind of a catch 22 thing!
