Had a bit of problem getting setup thru Cigna app, but MDLIVE was great. Quick and Super helpful

MDlive is a great way to get medical help for non-complicated medical issues. There seemed to be a lot of hoops to jump through to finally get to the doctor. However, it was still better than running to urgent care or the the Dr. office.

The picture taking was impossible with the sore throat. Dr. Prescribed what we were expecting, and it kept us from having to come into the office.

The Process was extremely easy. The Dr was so very nice and pacient. I was concerned about starting a medication that could potentially reduce my immune system during this Covid-19 epidemic.
