The MD LIVE is more like confirmation of your own medical suspicion or diagnosis.

The service itself is ingenious. Very, very useful for those who suffer from anxiety, lack of transportation, whatever. The technology needs some work, however. Out of 5 appointments, 4 were to be a video chat. Only 1 has actually connected, for most of the appointments duration. That certainly should be addressed.

I did not find the kind of help that I needed. I love the service that is provided through MDLIVE.

The doctor was knowledgeable and I felt very comfortable speaking with him. Only problem was he couldn’t order lab work so there was nothing that could be done. Very frustrating!

Needed a seizure medication to be refilled that my neurologist refused to answer multiple faxes from the pharmacy to renew a prescription. Checking could Florida doctors who abuse the elderly or neglect the elderly or disabled ( child, teen, adult or elder) are in violation of Florida Statue 825.102 and could be charged with at least a third degree felony.

It was just so very convenient. I do wish video chatting was available via my chrome browser.

Daughter had an unexplainable rash on top of her eczema. Doctor pretty much told me.to.do everything I had already done for her such as aveeno lotion, benadryl, ibuprofen, etc.. was hoping to get steroid tablets to get her some relief. She was prescribed steroid cream and told OTC advice. Convenient service but was hoping she would feel better faster than having to go to her primary physician office the next day. Which we had to do.
