Hard to access appointment and hard to schedule appointment

The quick response was greatly appreciated. It saved hours of waiting at my doctor's office to get similar services. I was recommended to see another specialist, but more guidance left me wondering where I should go.

I was originally redirected from the MD Live site to another Behavioral Health site which did not have the provider I requested. It took a Long time to get out of that situation and get precharged money refunded. They were called Better Health.

Once appt is set, email is the rived to confirm appts..When trying to do.that the process seems like one is starting over to.mske a new appt. It's confusing.

My first experience on MD live on 4/2 was good. I had sinus pressure and a headache and was prescribed meds that were effective. Then on 4/4 I was notified of possible direct Covid 19 exposure from a co-worker. I wasn't feeling the best over the weekend on 4/10, but felt better 4/11 around 6pm. I had started my menstrual period 4/9 & was told I had a death in the family early morning on 4/10. I went into work Monday, 4/12 feeling tired but much better, security checked my temperature as protocol. Then early afternoon I started feeling extremely exhausted. My fig bar I ate in the morning at work tasted funny. I went to lunch at 1pm and I had no appetite and my food tasted horrible. I left work, called my HR department who suggested I call MD live again. I drove home and did the video consultation so the Dr could see me around 3 or 4 pm. The Dr was okay, but I didn't really feel like he was listening to me. He did mention that with Covid everyone automatically thinks everything is Covid. I did explain that my co-worker tested positive 4/4 and I was notified of potential exposure. He didn't think I needed to be tested. He said 99.6 fever wasn't a fever althought that's higher for me too. So, he prescribed some pills for my cough that had developed. Then my temperature went to 100.1 same day. I started the cough meds next day. I was supposed to return to work Wednesday but my temperature went up to 101, so I called MD live again. This time I did the call visit the Dr prescribed antibiotics, mentioned I could go get tested for Covid because it could be more than sinuses, he even included a helpful guide. I started taking the antibiotics 4/15 with both doses for the day. My temperature kept rising to 102.3 and I became very lethargic. Friday it got to the point where I couldn't go to the bathroom/get dressed on my own, needed to use a walker to move around, and I was gasping for air. My parents called 911, the paramedics came out but couldn't take me because my oxygen levels weren't low enough, but had to assist me so my parents could drive me to the ER where I was admitted for Covid with pneumonia and I had the flu and am on steriods and antibiotics and could barely walk. So, it would just be nice if the Doctors maybe listen a bit more instead of thinking they already know all the factors. I understand they are not right in front of us and so that itself presents challenges. I just felt like this could have been possibly discovered sooner before it got this bad.

I was very pleased with the response time to be able to speak with the doctor regarding my medical concern last Friday. When it was time to discuss where to send the prescription, the doctor mentioned a pharmacy which was on file. I no longer use this pharmacy and requested to change to one closer to me. We confirmed address/phone number of pharmacy. An hour or so after speaking to the doctor, I called pharmacy. They had no record of a prescription for me. They said it might be alittle longer. After dinner,(4+hours later) I called the pharmacy the doctor initially mentioned to me and sure enough, script had been sent to wrong pharmacy. This was my only negative with speaking to someone using MD Live. Thank you

My local Primary Physician was on vacation, and they were telling patients to go to ER which is too expensive for my condition; so, I called MDlive. They weren't able to get a doctor on line immediately, but kept me updated. Nurse finally called and scheduled phone call later in day. I explained my condition to nurse in detail, and when doctor called I was on phone with her for 30 seconds at most. She prescribed an antibiotic for me, which is what I needed. I see my Primary Physician today (2 weeks later).I'm glad MDLive is an option for me because I live in rural area and any kind of urgent or med clinic is 35-40 miles away. The call with the doctor was extremely rushed...maybe the nurse filled her in first.

I CAN'T HONOR YOUR REQUEST IF I COULD REMEMBER THE INCIDENT.I WOULD GLADLY TELL YOU SO.I DON'T LIKE GETTING OLD.
