It was very easy to schedule an appointment through the app. The doctor called quickly and I had a prescription within an hour. Much faster than going to the doctor.

My first visit and first appointment was great. My doctor was professional and right on time as scheduled. However, as always, I had trouble setting up account/password on the app. I called and spoke to a rept. who wasn’t very patient with me. And of course, I don’t know how to upload photos. So clearly, I’m at a disadvantage using MDLIVE due to my lack of computer skills. Everything today is all about technology, and the more you know about it, the better results you will get.

I love this service!@ do not have to go to Drs.office, in theses trying times.I just wish you can give refills.Thank you Gail Good

Easy and timely. Unfortunately one Rx can't be filled as not approved by insurance and the other may not be appropriate do to limited kidney function.

The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because there was a back up of patients waiting to be seen. I was offered a audio only option which would be faster.

It's a very easy site to use. The only thing is I wish the doctors could give more refills. But if you don't feel like getting out, this if your best choice.
