The medication did nothing to improve my condition.

Hi Oscar, we are so sorry that your medication did not help you. Our doctors do not take the decision to prescribe antibiotics lightly, as there are risks associated with antibiotic use that need to be carefully considered. If you disagree with the diagnosis, we always strongly encourage you to seek a second opinion.
Most diagnosis remedies include over-the-counter situations and homeopathic remedies. Need real solutions for the premium I'm paying.

Hi Philip, thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. Our doctors take prescribing antibiotics and medicine similar to that very seriously, and only do so when they see fit.
the call was pointless. The doctor couldn't do anything for me and he knew that prior to the phone call but still called and charged me and didn't do anything to help me.

Couldn’t understand what she was saying, the only way I could even get an appointment was to list no health history info. Each time I tried to fill it out with meds etc it would not go to the next page to get appt. so she was trying to prescribe meds without being able to see my info. I filled the forms out multiple times and rechecked inputs. Not a good experience you have some developer issues wth the web pages.

Dr. looked at pictures I sent, said he was calling in a prescription for antibiotics. I asked him what it was. He said probably ??? (big word, I can't remember) but maybe MRSA. Went to a Dr. in person (didn't want to take MRSA chances.) It was ant bites. MDLIVE Dr. asked no questions, didn't tell me what he thought was the problem, until I asked, and called in a prescription it turned out I didn't need. Didn't feel good about the whole thing.

The doctor refused me antibiotics and prescribed something my pharmacy was not even able to order. Waste of my money and Time.

I had no problem with the Dr who did the consultation, but she wasn't but able to fully diagnose me since I had issues with my throat which I totally understand because she can't actually see it but MDLIVE charged the same copay as if I actually visited my primary doctor. If they can't offer the same exact service the copay should also reflect that. I ended up going to my primary doctor anyways.

The doctor offered me nothing but allergy medicine and I had a sinus infection. I needed to go to my doctor the next day for antibiotics. It was a waste of time and money.
