The doctor that look at my issue indicated that the problem was a lot worst than it actually was. She indicated that I could lose my second toe on my left foot if I did not seek immediate medical attention. Which was not the case at all, I do value the service and I think it is very beneficial service. But this one that got wrong.

The women doctor that I called on the phone was very rude, I don't think she wanted to be there, just plain miserable.

The process was very convenient but the physician was very abrupt and not engaging to help determine a descriptive in which they could assess for medical accuracy. The physician prescribed medicine in which was explained to them as being contraindicative to medicine for a chronic illness I have and the physician asked me to contact my general physician to either stop my chronic illness med or to prescribe another which won't have adverse effects for me. Isn't the reason someone would use the service is because it is an inconvenient time or their regular physician is unavailable. Why would I reach out to an anonymous doctor who treats me over the phone without any visual unless it was in the desperation of relief? Overall, the service is a great concept but the physician was inconsiderate, dismissive and clueless on the purpose.

Had to call in for a subsequent consultation when the original antibiotic did not work. Dont believe I should be charge twice for the same ailment.

Convenient but DRs should spend more time answering questions.

Too Long - It always seems to take too long for an appointment. The first couple of times I tried to use it I fell asleep and didn't receive my appointment notification and then missed the appointment. I was sick and kept falling asleep. I chose to not see a doctor. The last time I had a optical problem - a Sty. But either I couldn't understand the doctor or he couldn't understand me. It was a difficult process but we made it work.

Process was quick and easy. Unfortunately the prescription the doctor ordered was 5 times more expensive than suitable alternative.

I could have gotten the information given on a Google search. Would not use again.
