The service was convenient but I was barley able to understand the doctor due to the language barrier.

Hi William, sorry to hear that you did not have a pleasant experience.
Talked to a doc on phone (and he seemed rushed) that diagnosed me with a virus and prescribed a nasal spray and said I’d have to ride it out. Three days later I’m in urgent care diagnosed with Flu Type A and bronchitis. Severely ill. Total waste of money and possibly dangerous outcome. Will never use again.

Great concept and convenience. The last two virtual visits have missed the mark. In both cases I paid for my MDLIVE interaction and had to follow up with an in-person visit to my local urgent care. Was told by MDLIVE doc I had strep when when my complaint was sinuses. I went to urgent care and it turned out to be a sinus infection. Had a relapse on sinuses and was denied antibiotic treatment with MDLIVE because the issue hadn’t been ongoing for seven days. I was miserable so I went to urgent care and received proper treatment. The whole point of MDLIVE is to save time and money and avoiding in-person urgent care visits. That just hasn’t been the case recently. It has failed to be a good return on my investment recently. Hopefully this is just a temporary rut. Once would be a coincidence.... twice is just an inconvenience that makes me want to avoid using or recommending MDLIVE.

I made an appointment the day before. I was on the wait clock 15 min with first attempt. The doctor never appeared. I called customer service 3 times before I could get a doctor online. In total 35 minutes.

They service was great but I think they need to be sure to send a dr return to work note when requested. Besides thank I like them and will use them again

I uploaded a picture that the doctor could not view. My problem got worse so I had to go to my regular doctor. It’s almost like I wasted the $40 I paid. But, it was a new experience. Not sure I would do it again.
