The doctors are not Medicare doctors so I can’t get my medication filled so I still have to go to another doctor- very inconvenient

The doctor was very thorough in questions and called in an antibiotic. However, he said that he would call in something for my bladder discomfort but did not. I got through it though.

First time using this service. I was disconnected with the reps more than once. The doctor couldn't connect to my cell number because the iPhone 11 see the number as Scam even though I entered into my phone. I called back a number of times and finally gave my home number. It took at least 45 minutes until the doctor and I finally had our appointment.

The experience was positive, but even with the subscribed medication cream, the issue has gotten worse and I will be seeing an inperson dermatologist shortly.

Many times doing MD LIVE teledoc saves us from going to the doctor, and other times it gives us reassurance that what we're dealing with needs to be treated in person. Helps us feel like we're not wasting money!
