My doctor experience was great! 5 stars When I called back to speak to nurse the nurse was not very helpful. She did not really listen to my concerns and she seem to escalate highly emotional situation. 1 star

You need to do something about communication of the doctors. They can’t speak clearly. Heavy accent makes it hard to understand to get instructions on the care needed. Heavy accent over a phone is very difficult to understand. In long run I got care needed. But feel it needs to be addressed.

It is just not conducive to being helpful if the doctor doesn't know you and your history, how can they successfully help with medical matters?

Dr. failed to say he was a DO and I think that's misleading--especially since this is supposed to be MDLive.

I really liked the Dr I spoke with, however she said she was going to call in an Rx to my Pharmacy but she never did. So I felt like my visit ended up being a waste of time. Especially since I also drove to my Pharmacy 30 miles away to attempt to pick up said Rx and was told there was never one sent. I ended up doing research and finding OTC medications to treat my symptoms on my own. So at least I had a probable diagnosis but had I had an Rx I could have recovered much quicker.

Due to your policies, my condition was not taken care of. I had a UTI and my infection was resistant to the antibiotic I was prescribed so I did not get better. When I came back to seek another prescription I was told that your policy was to only prescribe an initial antibiotic and therefore I had to go to another online provider to actually get cured.

I have gotten a lot of help from the therapist, and greatly appreciate that. Also no charge has been a blessing. The only thing is that I get way too many email reminders regarding the appointments. Also it is sometimes hard to get into MDlive.com, as far as passwords go.
