The doctor gave good advice but then I got worse and called another doctor

Much more quick and efficient than taking time off to go visit a Dr's office. Cheaper too in my case with an HSA plan. The on line Dr. was available quickly and was able to prescribe a treatment. Overall its a great service but one must know its limitations so you don't spend the co-pay amount only to find they can't help. Would definitely use again. Hopefully all the basic health info, prescriptions etc. is retained as it takes a while to enter. I would have hoped they can access your records to avoid this.

The process was very good. I have 1 complaint. The doctor told me he would send me a note to be excused from work. I never received it. Otherwise it was a good telephone visit

Good experience with a virtual appointment. Ability to use the phone or computer is a good concept. I ended up talking on the phone with the doctor but was able to upload some photos which the doctor could view to help diagnose.

I was pleased to review the encounter re Karen with another representative. I cannot remember her name but we talked yesterday very early in the morning. She was very apologetic regarding the unpleasant experience I had experienced. I liked her approach because she actually saw my side regarding the representative just fading into the sunset without any "goodbye" or "is there anything I can do for you?" phrase at all. UT Select has touted MD Live as a great tool for all of us who cannot or do not want to go into an office and get exposed to COVID19. When a problem arises, it is reassuring there is an empathetic representative to discuss the issue with. Thank you for following up.

It was easy to schedule the appointment - after a few glitches in the beginning. The appointment itself was fine. One suggestion is to be able to e-mail the doc before hand to give her any concerns. Liked being able to not have to leave my home and go to a doctor's office during the pandemic.
