A good option. I think since done remotely doctors are likely prescribing minimum doses and this causing repeat visits for the same illness. This will lead to super bugs I fear.

Very poor Customer Service. So many problems with app. My portal was down a long time Didnt like that a provider had the wrong title on website.

Very prompt response time from an MD He did listen to me and prescribed a medication I requested. However a 3 minute phone call cost me $75 Price could certainly be reduced. Overall, I am satisfied with this service.

The wait time was right at an hour. I physically had to go to the doctor yesterday as my diagnosis on MDLIVE was not correct. I was hopeful about it since I could do this from the comfort of my home when not feeling well but not sure I’ll use this service again.

Expected a prescription for a better cough suppressant to help sleep.

It was better than waiting hours at a convenient care facility, but they couldn’t prescribe the medication that would really help the problem.

Call was quick but only would give me steroids for my sinus infection. I have been dealing with allergies turning into sinus infections for years. I think they need to listen more to the patient.
