MDLIVE has you fill out an excessive amount of info and then you click on "create appointment" and then nothing happens ......UGH !

Their service sucks. If you are in need of medical attention. Do not use this service. They are only interested in taking your 59.00 and telling you to go to urgent care.i will not recommend

Nothing quick about an appointment. First time and last time user. Had flu and tried video chat to keep from driving to a walk in clinic. Waited 30 minutes and then was told it would have to be a phone consult because everyone was busy. Then waited 2 hours for the phone call and it never came. Of course they already have my fee from the consult I purchased. Called customer service and canceled the consult and drove to a walk in clinic.

I have used Md Live twice in the last four months and this has been a total waste of time and money. What is the purpose of using MD Live if you will still be sick and feeling horrible due to the doctors of MD Live are not concerned with helping you get better but concerned with padding there pockets buy not prescribing the medication you need to get better. I called in june with a sinus infection and was told to take allergy medicine for a sinus infection needless to say it did not get any better and I have been dealing with this for the last four months. I called Md Live on friday with the same thing and was once again told to use a over the counter allergy medicine for a sinusitis because I had a virus. DOCTORS AT MD LIVE ARE THE WORST AND I WILL NOT BE USING THIS SERVICE ANYMORE IT IS A WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY to only have to go to an office visit with your doctor to get what you need!

I had used online doctor appointment services in the past through my insurance company. I recently switched jobs, and my new insurance company doesn't have a service of it's own, so I found MDLIVE through a simple Google search. I needed the online appointment because I was on vacation for my wedding/honeymoon, and I obviously couldn't see my primary doctor back home. I have a history of sinus infections, and I came down with one while out of town - probably due to changes in environment. I scheduled the MDLIVE appointment, and the doctor basically told me to toughen up, wait it out, and let it run it's course. I had already been sick for a week at that point and was miserable on my vacation. All I needed was an antibiotic to help jumpstart my recovery. The MDLIVE doctor was absolutely no help. By the time I got home, the sinus infection had worsened, and I again had to visit my own personal doctor finally get the treatment and medication I needed. MDLIVE was a waste of $50, and I'll never use the service again.
