the website was user friendly but my meds are not working

The service was fast, easy, and professional. I can only offer one thing to work on having the doctor speak up so she can be heard, since I have trouble hearing over the phone.

MDLIVE was a very useful service for a simple and specific issue. I needed a prescription for a vaccine and the physician issued it.

All in all I was pleased with the whole experience and am feeling better now. The only reason I gave it four stars instead of five is that I wish the price had been a little better. It was kind of steep for people on a fixed income. Other than that it was great.

The experience was good with one exception. The person who registered me over the phone, misspelled my first name, even though I spelled it out for her. Being a medical biller myself, I know how vital it is to get demographic information correct so the claims will get paid the first time they are filed so there is less stress for everyone involved. I ended up having to call customer support to have them fix my name because the MDLive web site would NOT let me correct the spelling of my own name on my own account. All this caused unneeded stress. Other than that issue, I found MDLive to be a very good experience. Saved me time and money. Most importantly, I could continue working while waiting on the doctor to call me back - instead of wasting my time and losing money on my paycheck by driving to the Dr office and waiting a long time to actually see/speak with the Dr.

Good professional service, the doctor seamed to know what he was talking about so he could help with my condition. The call started late because the first doctor was running late with his previous patient. Overall a good experience.

Very quick to respond. Very thorough, always profressional. Great alternative to sitting in doctors office all day.
