I tried multiple times to set an appointment through the app but was unsuccessful. I ended up using my computer and it took 15 mins tops to complete the request and speak to a Dr.

Quick and easy to use. Good for minor and general issues, but you'll definitely want to see a doctor physically for symptoms and more significant issues.

MDLive was a great way to get a much needed prescription for Amoxycillin for my sinus infection without needing to schedule an appointment with my G.P. or visit a Urgent Care in person. Spoke to a doctor, outlined my symptoms and he was able to send the prescription to the local pharmacy almost instantly. Very helpful!

While the "visit" resulted in the anticipated outcome there was never an actual Video connection. That was the only disappointment.

First time user. Very easy and convince is great..only wish they would email a copy of notes and or slips from the appointment. I do not have my chart and needed to refer back to it and couldn't find it again.
