The doctor i spoke with was excellent.However the nurse i had contact with was very rude and did not return my call when i needed help with medication dosage issues.She would not let me talk/finish a sentence.Was eventually able to resolve the issue the next day with a different nurse.

My daughter, Alyssa's eye was misdiagnosed. She was told that that her eye was a result of allergies. An antihistamine eye drop was prescribed by the doctor. After 3 days, still no difference in symptoms. I took her to urgent care center where they diagnosed her symptoms "pink eye" and prescribed a bacterial antibiotic. Her eye is doing much better after 2 days of using the antibiotic. Spent $55 for the MDLIVE consult (after Chase's website indicate free through 5/31/20) and then another $125 for the urgent care center. Times are tough right now with COVID-19 and I did not expect to spend a total of $180 for something so simple to diagnose as "pink eye". I would have second thoughts again about using WebLIVE....UNLESS urgent care centers are closed and I have no other choice.

It was ok. I just don’t see how a doctor can diagnose something like what I had over the phone. He just said I had pharyngitis (sore/red throat). That was on Monday. I went to my nurse practitioner on Thursday and found out I have mono.

I had a severe facial rash with eyes swollen shut. I am a nurse working with high risk patients. Online consult with MD live at 9:45 am on a weekday. Told me to stay home from work and start steroids right away. Told me prescription was being transmitted within an hour. Pharmacy did not get the order till next day and I had to make several calls to escalate issue at MD Live. Help number staff are polite but unknowledgeable and cannot do much on own .They just take info and ‘escalate ‘to clinical staff. All they would say is ‘we sent it’. Dumping back on patient to remedy what seems to be a system glitch or human error in transmitting Rx.

MAKE SURE your diagnosis/problem is covered under this type service first! Used this bc my daughter had an ulcerative proctitis flair up. They even asked her the reason and took her medical history, you would think they would have said or looked up that its not covered before taking my COPAY. Hours later, the doctor is the one who told her its not covered. Maybe bc this is new and they have to get all the kinks out, I have no idea...but there will be no next time for us...like taking 25$ and throwing it out the window and I'll spend another 25$ going the traditional route, which I should have just done from the get go!

The Dr. did a very good job. She worked with me the whole way through. The call i received from her was about about 3 hours after i made the appointment which i feel was not bad. About 12:40. She told me the script in for me at my pharmacy. I called them at 9:30 a.m.and was told that nothing had come. Called MDLive and was told that it was sent in but that sometimes it may take an hour for the pharmacy to receive. Waited two hours, called the pharmacy. Nothing. Called back MDLive. By this time, i could have called my Dr. and had the antibiotics. MDLive told me that they were trying to get a hold of the Dr. to finalize the script. I waited. It is now nearly 4 almost end of day. Called MDLive and told them that the pharmacy still have not received anything, I was told another different excuse and that is when i lost my patience. I told them to forget it. I was going to call my Dr. and wanted my money refunded since i needed the med at 10 at the latest. anyone on Immunosuppressants know that when an infection starts, you have to jump on it quickly. They told me ok. About 7 minuets later and i get the call from my pharmacy that they received it. I am understanding that there are other patients out there. But when i kept getting different excuses every time i called, that is when i say they may need to look into the software they use and retrain their staff.

I had called to ask for something topically for my poison oak that felt like a deep burn with increasing redness of skin 2 days later after starting Prednisone. The call was with Dr. J Carter . I feel he did not read description of my physical issue before my call , when he ask me questions he cut me short not allowing me to explain, he’s uncaring attitude of “ Just don’t put anything on the skin areas & see if that works “ & “ You look like a Freak “ was NOT WHAT I needed to hear . Please listen to the recorded conversation & you may call me at anytime to discuss this. I hope I never have to call again but if I do he would be the last choice . PA J Hedges was very professional in every way he gets a #10 .
