Mazda PartsReviews of mazda-parts.com

Buyer Beware! Purchased parts from their site specific to my Mazda. There restocking fee for all parts went up to 20% and you pay for shipping on the return. This is not cost effective if the part they sent was incorrect. The part number GHP9-67-483 for a Reservoir Cap is not compatible with Mazda vehicles and when it arrived did not look like the original part. IT WAS A KNOCK OFF.

Dreadful abusive response when I wanted a refund for them sending the wrong and broken replacement mirror. Will never use again.I quote: So you are a liar and rather dumb...don't waste anymore of my time as I'm invoicing you...for all the costs and time you've wasted and they will be detailed in the court paperwork - you've got 24hrs to check your facts and get back t me with an apology This from staff who cant spell or accept wrongdoing..says it all !

Ordered some parts online. However, two of the parts I ordered I no longer needed. Asked if I could just stop by and return them. They said sure, but wanted a 15% restocking fee. The restocking fee is $6 and asked if they could waive it. A hard no. Fine. My mistake, I ordered the parts incorrectly, but the dealership is so hard on making the $6 profit? No wonder dealerships get such a bad wrap. They do it to themselves.
