Mayer Security Services HoustonMayer Security Services is a Texas-based security and investigations company delivering intelligence-driven protection for commercial, industrial, and high-risk environments. We combine trained personnel, modern security technology, intelligence driven approach, and proactive risk analysis to reduce incidents, loss, and operational disruption, so clients can stay focused on running their business. Our approach starts with risk assessment. We identify site-specific threats, vulnerabilities, and high-probability scenarios, then design a prevention-first security plan. We integrate access control, patrol strategy, incident reporting, and surveillance visibility into a single accountable program with clear KPIs, consistent documentation, and command-level oversight. Clients come to Mayer when they want their operation secured with the discipline and standards of an in-house police department, without the overhead of building one.Mayer’s operations are strengthened by overseas experience and a culture of readiness, de-escalation, and professional decision-making under pressure. We prefer hiring veterans for their reliability, structure, and mission focus, then reinforce that foundation with extended training beyond the industry baseline. We also provide investigations support to help clients move from suspicion to clarity. Our team documents incidents, preserves critical details, tracks patterns, and produces actionable reporting that supports internal decisions, HR actions, legal needs, or law enforcement collaboration when appropriate. We are backed by over $15 million in liability insurance and we currently help protect more than $1.4 billion in assets across Texas. Our goal is measurable value: fewer security incidents, lower liability exposure, improved site control, and better leadership visibility. Mayer Security Services is built to operate in the top 1% of Texas security providers by delivering prevention, accountability, and results, not security theater.

We hired Mayer Defense for our VIP gala and the experience was flawless. Their team managed guest flow, red-carpet access, and backstage security with absolute precision. The guards were polished, discreet, and highly attentive. Our executives, celebrity guests, and donors all felt secure without ever feeling crowded. We’ll be using Mayer Defense for every major event moving forward.
