Frank is a very honest individual who looks out for his customers, offers very competitive rates and he is very good at fixing any car issues that arise. I have dealt with Frank for many years and recommend him highly.. William Zant

Thank you. We look forward to seeing you again.
We have been renting a car on Maui from Frank’s Friendly Cars for over 10 years and have been very pleased with his service. His cars are clean, well maintained and dependable. Frank is personable and friendly. We have never had an issue with his rental cars. We intend to rent a car from him on all future trips to Maui.

We have rented Frank's cars for years and have never been disappointed . The cars are not new. Over the years we have only had 1 issue, on a Sunday afternoon, we called Frank that we had a trunk full of Scuba tanks we had to return . In about an hour Frank showed up with another car and a Towtruck. We loaded the gear into the "new" car and were on our way. That is Service.

This is a great example of giving someone a kiss and a slap in the face. Thank you - for both.
We have rented cars from Frank twice a year for 11 years. His cars are always clean and well maintained. He is very dependable. We had a problem once with the electric door not locking from the drivers side (no big deal really). I notified him and he fixed it while we were in Cosco shopping. The added bonus is that after your very stressful and long day traveling, your car is generally waiting for you outside in the parking lot. We are driving way before everyone else hasn’t even arrived at their rental office. Plus dropping off is as fast. I also like driving a used car that doesn’t scream Tourist.
