Shipping
The shipping wasn't as I expected. Most probiotics I've bought in past I've believed to be dead when purchased as they don't work at all so I purchased these hoping they'd work and these Theralac haven't either. They came in bubble wrap and a cardboard box so I don't see the special shipping of these they talked about? I've giving them a little more time to work. Thanks for caring, Theralac customer

Hi Tamara, thank you for your feedback. Master Supplements Inc. strives to make every interaction a positive one and we are eager to change your opinion on our powerful product line! We are very proud of the efficacy of our products and the positive results that have been reported for over ten years, so we are very happy that you are giving Theralac a little more time to make a difference for you. Everyone's digestive system is different and it may take time or more intensive dosing to provide the desired results. We have some great product educators on staff that can work with you to help find the best course of action for your specific needs. Please call 800-926-2961 to speak with someone on our staff. In regards to shipping, we ship via priority mail, not the much slower/cheaper service of 1st class mail and we use boxes (versus cheaper shipping bags). We pride ourselves on expediting orders very quickly and show that the order was placed on the 6th, shipped on the 7th and delivered on the 9th of July. We do have special packaging but the Totally Inert Packaging refers to the quality control steps taken during manufacturing not shipment packaging. We implement moisture and oxygen absorption packets to each bottle, we choose amber glass bottles (versus cheap plastic), and we use a nitrogen flush to remove excess oxygen which can preactivate the probiotic cells. We can also provide testing procedures and test results that speak to the products excellent stability and we guarantee the potency thought the entire shelf. If you are still unsatisfied, we do offer a 30 day money back guarantee but I am confident that we can regain your support and have you feel the positive results so oftenly reported from the use of Theralac. Thank you for your thoughtful critique, I hope this response is helpful. Jeff Porubcan, President Master Supplements Inc.
