I ordered masks which USPS said were delivered to my mailbox on 12/8. We did not receive them and there is a good chance they were stolen if they were put on top of our box. It is now 12/15 and I have contacted the company several times and have not gotten anything but an automated response which doesn’t even acknowledge my specific problem.
