It was really easy to go through and checkout what I wanted. Even though my baby boy doesn't know what to do with what I bought from there. Oh well. I guess it happens. But I love small businesses.

I ordered the kitty kurlz fromMatlene’spet shop.Item is as described and my kitten really likes it. Communication is not great - asked for shipping updates since the tracking was subpar. Got an answer the day it was delivered. Otherwise everything was just fine.

Hi Christine, We’re so glad your kitten is enjoying the Kitty Kurlz! 😺 We do apologize for the delay in communication — with the holiday rush, some updates took longer than usual. Thank you for your patience, and we hope to make your next experience smoother. We’d love to help spoil your little one again soon! With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱
When reading the reviews on this page, I got a bit scared and thought I fell for a scam. So I was very happy when I received the package! It was delivered quite fast, within 14 days to Belgium. Our cats are still getting used to the toy, one of them is starting to play with it, but we have difficult cats when it comes to toys... I'll give them some time :-)

Hi Katrien, Thanks so much for sharing! We’re thrilled your package made it to Belgium safely and quickly. 🌍 Your kitties sound delightfully discerning—sometimes it just takes a little time for them to warm up to new toys. Patience usually pays off, and we hope soon they’ll be having a blast! We’d be happy to help you pick out something else your fur friends might love next time. Not a scam. Initially I was suspicious because I was told it was delivered but hadn’t arrived. I came here and saw everyone saying it was a scam but reached out to the team. Team was responsive and gave me the Canada Post tracking number. Turns out there was an issue with Canada Post delivering on Sunday and my order arrived with all the products as described. Thought I should say something since everyone calling it a scam was unnerving. Sadly my cats seem mostly disinterested in the scratching thing (but that’s not Marlene’s fault 😆) - they kind of like the little noisy bird thing. Support small businesses - it’s not their fault postal services can be trying.

Hey David, Thanks for taking the time to share your experience! We’re so happy your order finally reached you safely. 😸 Canada Post can definitely keep us all on our toes sometimes! We totally get it—cats can be a bit picky about toys, but it sounds like that little bird is winning them over. We’d love to send something new for your curious kitties to try next time—you never know which toy will become the next favorite! With Paws and Smiles, Marlene's Pet Shop Team 🐱
I ordered the kitty kurlz It was a buy one get one free meanwhile they kept sending me messages to buy this other product or add this other product to use. Then another discount offer before I got a message that it showed shipped, but it wasn’t any tracking number that went anywhere (not UPS, FEDEX, USPS) then I looked it up to track it and it said delivered. It still didn’t say how it was shipped and I never received anything. It told me that I was responsible for tracking the shipping and to choose the shipping and checkout, but it didn’t give me an option on shipping in checkout. It just gave me a price but no option on the method. Update: they shipped it to me and I got it.

Hi Colleen, Thank you so much for sharing your experience! We’re really glad your kitty kurlz finally made it to you. 🐾 Sorry for the confusion with the shipping messages, it can definitely be frustrating when things don’t line up the way they should. We’re always working on making checkout and tracking smoother for everyone. We’d love to have you shop with us again soon, there’s always something new your fur baby might enjoy! I ordered a Kitty Kurlz and after a couple of weeks where nothing had arrived I sent an email querying why. They responded very quickly. They telephoned our national postal service twice! I'm guessing in frustration they provided me with address, eircode and phone number of my local postal service. After I dealt with them with frustration I can only admire their resilience. No, I didn't get my item but it wasn't their fault and they did everything to rectify the situation.
