Dear Charles, Thank you for your feedback regarding the shipping cost for your recent backpack purchase. We would like to address your concerns and provide further clarification. The shipping cost associated with your backpack order is due to the special transport box required for this particular model. This backpack cannot be folded like some other models, necessitating a custom packaging solution to ensure the safe delivery of your product. This is standard practice for items that cannot be easily compacted, and we communicate this clearly to our customers. Upon reviewing your order, we found that we confirmed the shipping cost to you via email before you placed your order. It's puzzling, however, that you proceeded with the order despite having concerns about the shipping fee. We prioritize honest and open communication and are committed to providing you with all the necessary information for informed decision-making. If the shipping cost for this specific backpack did not meet your expectations, it would have been more prudent to reconsider your purchase or inquire about alternative options before completing the order. Sincerely, Mark Customer Service Specialist

Dear Mert, thank you for your message. I am sorry for the delay in our reply. We were receiving a large number of orders last week and it was, unfortunately not possible to reply to you sooner. Also, please understand that we are not working on weekends, so there is usually no possibility to reply to you on weekend days from our customer team. Shipping of your order was delayed by 2 days because we were waiting for your reply with your ID number, which is requesting your Turkish government for each shipment.  Your order has been already shipped and will arrive on time as our shipping policy promises with a possible delay of 2 days caused by an email conversation about your ID number. Thank you for understanding, Kelly

Hi Kyle, we are going to update you with information, that we fully refunded you payment. Reason for this is unclear information from your side - you mentioned here in your review, that you wish to refund your payment, however we didn't receive any email from your directly. Although there was no reason for refund as explained in our reply bellow, we decided to refund you in full amount. Hi Kyle - I see you left a 1 star rating. Thank you for the feedback. You mentioned that our customer service is trash. We are sorry to hear that. Our customers usually say the opposite. You sent us just one email today and we are very sorry to hear this negative feedback. Regarding the shipping time, please take a look on Shipping Policy. You placed your order on Sunday, which is not working day for our teams. According to policy, we reserve 1-2 days for processing the order, which ends today. We are going to ship your order tomorrow, which will arrive on time according to the shipping times. We hope that you will receive your order soon and will enjoy Mark Ryden backpack!
