Very good speaker and friendly with everyone. This is my first day on the program and I'm happy so far im not hungry all the time. It helped me the very night i went through the process with not wanting to snack at night my big downfall ! Thanks Mark Patrick for a job well done and a price i can afford !

Hi William, Thank you for complimenting the program the way you did. We take great pride in what we do and though we are confident that we are “doing it right” it’s always nice to get reinforcement. At this point, it’s not just great to hear how happy you are with the program and the success you’re having, what’s really much more important to us is your “long-term success” though likely with other programs you haven’t had long-term success with hypnosis it really should be significantly different, because for the first time we address all the psychological programming that’s been making you behave in a way that’s averse to losing weight. The programs such as: “clean your plate starving children in Africa” or “clean your plate and then you get a treat” and so many others programed often as little children have now been replaced with hypnosis. It’s because of this that you can expect probably for the first-time long-term success. Please over the next 10 years give us some additional feedback as to how you're keeping the weight off once you reach your goal. Thanks once again for the feedback. Kind regards, Mark Patrick
I attended a seminar with Jeff 15 days ago, I was slightly skeptical going in but after so many failed attempts and a 12 year old who would not stop hounding me to quit I thought for $50 bucks I will give it a try. I didn't want to leave a review right away because of course you leave there really feeling like...I can do this!..so here I am 15 days later and am completely amazed! I have even been to those places you try to avoid and no craving whatsoever...actually I think it stinks very bad! Every once in awhile I will think to myself I would like to have a smoke, but then I just ask myself why and use visualization ...poof the thought is gone for another few days, soon it will be gone forever! Thanks Jeff! Oh...I did buy the pills because every time I quit I started back up because I was absolutely unbearable to be around...didn't notice the pills helped with that...it was rough the first 2 days, not because I wanted a cigarette I was just very short fussed and rude. I was aware of it.. but couldn't help it, but I stopped the pills and then it slowly got better, now I just growl every once in awhile :)

Hi Chantel, Thank you for your feedback about the seminar, we take this program and what we do as an incredible honor to save people’s lives. Smoking, as you know is a challenging thing to overcome, however with the “magic of hypnosis” it really makes it so much simpler. As you discovered, because, hypnosis addresses all the different activities that “trigger” you to have a cigarette, once, eliminated using hypnosis, quitting is made much simpler. I would like to also suggest that you don’t get too confident and participate in our free one year coaching program just simply read the emails that you get weekly with tips on stopping smoking and staying a non-smoker. The free coaching is there for insurance purposes and only takes about five minutes per week, not a bad investment, is it? Five minutes a week, just to make sure you remain a happy healthy very attractive lifelong non-smoker! Kind regards, Mark Patrick
I was at the seminar with Jeff today. It was very informational and the hypnosis was relaxing. I'm anxious to see what happens from here.

i really enjoyed the information he gave. I'm hoping very much the hypnosis works but it's too early to tell. I am however ready to change the way I eat with just the information I received.

Wow & AMAZED! I am so super glad I attended this session. After much debate and at a standstill of my health journey I Decided I would give it a go. I could totally feel myself let go and feel the power inside change my thought process. I woke up this morning happy and awake and not sluggish like normal. I will be at my goal weight and cannot wait to see the final me. Will recommend this to anyone who asks. Norman was pleasant and has answered my emails afterwards with no hesitation.

Norman, was a stand up guy and presented himself well as far as telling the class his own life stories with stop smoking! Very interesting class! Glad I chose to get involved with class!!! I have smoked for over 20 years of my life and truly tried to stop on my own! This class thought me a whole new mind set of thinking!

My husband smoked unapologetically and enthusiastically for 28 years. I quit 2x in the 9 years we have known each other, but always started again because he never stopped. In February 2018, he came to me and told me he was going to go to a hypnosis seminar to quit smoking. I laughed...not because I don't believe in hypnosis, but because he didn't! Even during the hypnosis segment, he was thinking to himself," this ain't gonna work". He hasn't touched a cigarette since, even though I have still been smoking. The initial week was heaven, he had no irritability, but, he was antsy...so he cleaned the whole house! This weekend, I will be going to the seminar, and I am taking 2 family members with me. I will report back...
