Hi Mary, Thanks for taking the time to review our seminar. I’m always so happy to hear from our customers directly. Thank you for complimenting the program the way you did. Kind regards Mark Patrick
I signed my husband up for the stop smoking seminar on January 22, 2018, and to say the least he was very disappointed. The first hour was all about trying to sell the supplements and why these would help you reach your goal and stop smoking. The second hour, about 30 minutes, was still talking about the supplements. Jeff then said that everyone should relax, etc. and listen to the music and when I count to 5 you should wake up. He then proceeded to ask the group how long did they think they were out, 6 minutes was the answer by my husband (which looked at his watch before and then after. Jeff commented that it had been around 20 minutes (which was not true at all). Literally, this did not help my husband to stop smoking and we are requesting refund for this program which is a scam. Thank you Betty

Hi Betty, I'm sorry to hear that our seminar did not work for your husband as we hoped. A member from my customer support team has sent you an email regarding this. Smoking is both of physiological and psychological challenge. Let me explain, first the psychological, how often do you go even a few hours without having a cigarette and then other times such as: coffee break, stress, get into car, having a drink etc. in turn cause you (trigger) to often have one cigarette after another? All the time right? So psychologically certain things trigger you to have a cigarette the hypnosis is designed to break or disconnect that connection, that trigger. Physiologically, there are also physical triggers. Very different than the psychological (mental) but it’s really important to address the physical as well because otherwise the physiological trigger can overwhelm the psychological now many people find that the hypnosis is all that they need but we’ve designed the program to address the many and when you think about it, the thousands maybe even $10,000 that you spend per year for cigarettes it’s probably best that we design a program that addresses all the issues. If you need any help, please feel free to contact our customer support department at 609-660-8844 M-F 9am-9pm EST, Saturday 9-4 and Sunday 12pm-6pm. Kind regards, Mark Patrick
For the past month there have been radio ads about Mark Patrick Seminars to quit smoking via hypnosis. I signed about 2 weeks in advance but several days before the event I was receiving requests to buy CDs that would enhance the effects of the seminar. OMG! I hadn't attended yet and already I was being advised I'd need to buy more product (because "one session" with Mark Patrick may not be enough). This feels like a scam. At the very least, if these seminars were on the up-and-up, it should be disclosed up front that there will be an initial fee followed by more fees if you want the effects of the hypnosis to be long term.

Hi Horn, Thank you for giving the seminar a fair chance, as to why we cover the nutrients it’s because smoking is both of physiological and psychological challenge. In addition, we make the CDs available only for those who wanted to reinforce hypnosis session without having to come back. Some use info we go over, some get CDs, some don’t. We get results with or without using any support material! Thank you so very much for your feedback. Kind regards Mark Patrick
