Participating in the Mark Patrick smoking cessation hypnosis class was a unique, and positive experience. I attended the online hypnosis class last night and as for today... well, so far I’m doing great. I feel excited that quitting this time feels different to me and I feel successful already. Mark provides tools that REALLY work to knock out and destroy cravings. Thanks a million Mark. You are changing peoples lives.

Simple and easy way to help stop my cravings. So far I haven’t had any since the seminar. Thank you so much!!

Was skeptical at first but have had no cravings since the seminar and am eating much smaller portions

I have now been to a live and online seminar. I enjoyed the option of being in the comfort of my home while listening. Good information and I appreciate that the sent the recording after.

Well organized and attended.

It is incredible what you do! Thank you so much I am forever grateful I will recommend you to anyone that will listen ... I still hav not smoked I do crave however it's barable with the breathing technique and the vitamins thank you so much!!!!

Very relaxing and impressed during the hypnosis he tells you to thing of the things that are trouble some for you, and the things you do want, and getting the reinforcement of a common color as a reminder to your new habits. Very reassuring of the free reinforcement sessions and invitation to contact anytime for help!

Mark Patrick's seminar was very informative and helpful. I got a lot of use information from it. I hope the hypnosis works.
