Chief Marketplace Officer (CMO) helps brands succeed and thrive on Amazon. Most agencies impress you during the sales pitch with their most knowledgeable team member, but once you sign, you’re handed off to a junior with little experience. CMO is different. We are structured more like your CPA or law firm, where your senior Amazon expert stays actively involved, meets with you regularly, and stays accountable for delivering results every step of the way. This structure ensures your brand always has expert-level strategy and execution, not just surface-level account management. On a fractional basis, you gain access to a full Amazon team that focuses on protecting your brand, optimizing your presence, and driving measurable growth. With CMO, your brand can finally take control of unauthorized resellers, strengthen content across listings, and build a polished, professional Amazon storefront. Our team specializes in improving Amazon PPC campaigns and boosting ROAS, ensuring your ad spend is efficient and profitable. At the same time, we work to safeguard your brand equity, improve organic rankings, and elevate your visibility on Amazon.CMO doesn’t just manage accounts — we become an extension of your team, helping your brand look amazing, grow sales, and win on Amazon.

I'm working with Marketplace Officer on several e-commerce projects and their results are absolutely mind-blowing. I haven't Seen any other company achieve such exceptional performance on Amazon. Unlike other agencies that pass you off to junior staff, they maintain high-level expertise throughout. Their strategic approach and deep Amazon knowledge consistently deliver outstanding results across all my projects. From listing optimization to PPC management and brand protection, they handle everything expertly. Communication is excellent and they're always fact-based and responsive.

Working with Chief Marketplace Officer has been a game changer for our brand on Amazon. When we first started, we were dealing with a ton of headaches from unauthorized resellers cutting into our sales. The CMO team jumped right in, helped us clean that up, and put the right systems in place to protect our listings. That alone made a huge difference for our brand presence. On top of that, they really know how to run ads the right way. Our ROAS has improved a lot since they took over campaigns, and they’re constantly fine-tuning things to make sure we’re not wasting spend. The reporting is clear, the communication is solid, and they’re always bringing new ideas to the table. Sales and traffic have both gone up since partnering with them, and it feels like we finally have control of our Amazon channel instead of constantly putting out fires. The team is easy to work with, quick to respond, and genuinely cares about long-term success. If you’re serious about growing your brand on Amazon and want a partner that handles both the day-to-day and the bigger picture, CMO is the real deal.

Almost a year in with Chief Marketplace Officer, and the difference has been huge. They’re sharp, creative, and pay close attention to the details that really move the needle. What I value most is how proactive and thoughtful their strategies are. They don’t just manage, they push our brand forward. The payoff has been clear: more traffic, stronger sales, and steady growth every month. We couldn’t be happier with the partnership and look forward to what’s next.
