MAPS Communications is a great solution for businesses
We have been using MAPS Communications for quite a few years now. They are vital for our business and help us drive revenue and resolve customer needs every day. We use them for after-hours calls, and when our phones go down, which seems to be often with our provider. If you are looking for a great company to extend your presence and represent you, this is the one to choose! - Tarrant Roofing

Great Customer Service
Had a minor AP issue. But CSR quickly resolved it.

Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us Regina. As your chosen partner these last 6.5 years, we appreciate you reaching out and bringing this to our attention. We take all reviews seriously and will use them in our continuous improvement methods. Reviewing your account, we note that this spring you had a credit balance on the account resulting no statements being sent out. When this credit was depleted, our standard billing process resumed on July 10, 2024. This same day a member of our customer service team updated the account to ensure statements will be sent even on zero balances. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused you, a member of our team has reached out to you by phone and email to review. If there ever is anything we can do for you please let us know, we are happy to help. Thank you for choosing MAP Communications for your communication needs, we look forward to a long partnership.

Traci Walker A++++ service
I have to be honest that I was skeptical to sign up with an answering service. However, my friend Rony Barsoum at Barsoum Law referred me to Acena. I did not have a contact person to call, but I was very happy Traci Walker took my call. One never knows what they are getting into with call centers, but Traci was reasurring that I was doing business with a reputable company and I felt comfortable speaking with her right away. Since signing up, I've had a great experience so far. Also, when I have had (several) calls with questions, Traci has answered every single one of my calls, and I've never had to request a call back. Thank you so much for your honesty and transparency and availability, Traci. I will refer to you anyone that I can in need of your services! Traci is a great asset to your company!

Thank you for providing such a quality…
Thank you for providing such a quality service. We have now provided a better experience for our callers as they get a live response rather than automated message. We are also capturing more callers who may otherwise not have left a message. The process for set up and transition has gone smoothly.

Set and Forget in the best way!
The setup process was fairly easy and quick! It was awesome to get started within a few days and we value the HIPAA compliance feature. Mindy did a great job and communicated often and effectively while our team was getting onboarded. We have no complaints so far.
