I needed a high quality vintage watch serviced. It required service in Europe. Manfredi handled the entire transaction flawlessly. My point person was Kristi. She is quite amazing-very competent and very pleasant. It will be my great pleasure to deal with them again in the future.

This was my first experience with Manfredi Jewelers. Worked with John Marna. Was looking for an Omega Seamaster 300M. Called the store and was connected with John. He answered all of my questions and offered me a fair discount on the watch, even a money back guarantee. I live in Manhattan so the watch was sent via FedEx. The entire experience was easy, friendly with no pressure. John was a pleasure to work with.
