So far, I've had more support from this company and help in the last month that I've used them. Then, I had in years for my previous company. Anytime I have an issue there to help. And I can actually get somebody to walk me through things when i'm not able to figure things out.

Customer service goes above and beyond. Software is intuitive yet powerful

I just so happened to be looking for a new gym software for various reasons, and Jon reached out to me to give his system a go. I had a laundry list of things i wanted to be able to do, and Jon has gone above and beyond all of those wants and keeps coming with more. Every aspect we have needed a solution that was beyond our abilities Jon is able to cook up the tools to get us going.

MM swooped in to help us at just the right time. My business partner and I were brand new gym owners and learning all the finer details of running a place with so many moving parts, and they took a lot of the chaos off our plate and helped us streamline the membership process: from waivers to payments to secure door entry systems and even figuring out some merchandising options. Our gym wouldn’t be where it is today without a good system to handle a lot of the backend details, and MM has definitely been the move for us! Give ‘em a call! 💪

MM is very user friendly, provides great customer service and the best part is that he is constantly improving and upgrading the platform based off his clients wants/needs.

Simple to use interface. Additionally they've added a lot of marketing and CRM type tool that have been a huge benefit

Manage Membership has played a vital role in making my business run more efficiently and effectively. Jon is so patient, easy to communicate with, and quick to answer all questions.
