Quick to respond to my enquiries and understanding of my situation when I explained that I was unaware and unintentionally subscribed to a 12 month subscription for their PDF service. Once I explained myself Lisa arranged for cancellation of the subscription and a refund of the annual subscription fee. I was pleasantly surprised as to how efficiently my request was actioned.
