Thank you, very quick and easy to compress my big PDF file.

I wished to change one document to PDF which I did. I didn’t require the service anymore so requested my subscription be cancelled. This was done immediately with no fuss for which I was grateful.

Easy to use and efficient

I used Makemepdf and was very satisfied with the process. There was then a billing mix-up and when I brought it to the attention of the company, they rectified it immediately. Lisa was very helpful and understanding. Impressed with the excellent customer service!

On 14 September 2026 I needed to convert a 2 page doc to word. I found these guys and paid 1 usd for the conversion. Account was debited. an Hour later account was debited with 1 usd again. Now 3 days later my acccount is suddenly debited with 40 usd stating that I have a recurring subscription. They subsequently agreed to refund me the 40 usd.. will what happens and edit review accordingly. Their promise of a refund was empty and devoid of any real intention. Upon enquiry, there was "A technical glitch" and my refund was re processed..... Will see what happens. They Eventually refunded me!!! Thanx a million!!!!

No problems using the conversion tool. Customer service is very prompt and sorted out my problem. I would recommend and use this company again.
