Jesse Monroy and beeline are scammers. This company employs shady tactics such as bait and switch. It’s a complete waste of time. Go with a more reputable lender who can get it done.

WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING JOHN BELL OR BEELINE AS A RESULT OF OUR HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE. BAIT AND SWITCH TACTICS AND DISHONESTY. We will use this review and his response as evidence against him in a Federal Criminal and Civil Complaint against John Bell and Beeline. BUYER BEWARE! He was attempting to violate Federal Laws until we Sent those laws to him via email. Waste of time, they will promise one thing to get you in the door and switch up as they go along. They claimed the loan was in my personal name but requested business documents. They convoluted, confused, baited, and switched up as they went along. We had to send them a Notice of USC 18 241 COnspiracy Against Rights and USC 242 Deprivation of Rights Under Color of Law. We will get the hard inquiry removed due to the fraudulent nature of their loan processes, practices, customs, and covert activity. We had a hard time sending them a wire as their accounts we not setup correctly and even the real estate agent on the deal agreed that they seemed shady. Never again. And to John,...jimmy crack corn and....

After a call with their agent I asked them not to run a hard inquiry on my score, after they promised not to they ran a hard inquiry that took my score down and will stay for up to 2 years. I have been trying to remove it for 2 month now and have been unsuccessful.. Stay away if you don’t want fraud on your score

I've worked with maybe 5 different mortgage lenders in my time and Beeline are at the bottom of the list and very much in my "Do Not Recommend" bucket. To be fair, here are my pros and cons. Pros: Beeline tools are really nice. Very easy to use. The process to apply is fast and easy. Cons: After application, Beeline became a large disappointment. The fact that Beeline is not the lender (they are at the mercy of the actual lenders) making Beeline more difficult to work with unless you have very straightforward situation. If you've moved or have lived overseas or have a mix of assets, then Beeline struggles. They don't really know how to process your loan because they are subject to the underwriting instructions from their "partner" and go back and forth with you, only give out partial information and are slow in all steps. My advice -- work with a full service lender directly and skip Beeline. Beeline's nice UI doesn't make up for the fact they do not fully process the loans. Beeline are at the whim of their partners so a loan could be approved and yet still change right up until the day of closing, making Beeline far less reliable. Strong do not recommend from me.

I contacted them via chat to get a price quote since their online tool couldn't give a price. I also had an LE from that day I wanted to get them to match or beat. I was told I couldn't even get a quote without submitting a full application, let alone an answer if they could beat it. I obliged since I had just run credit for the bank I have moved forward with. I contacted them every day about what the best rate they could do and if they could beat my LE. I sent the LE to them 3 different times, each time with even better pricing as prices had kept improving. Every time I was told they still couldnt give me a quote as my application was in process. Finally a week later I got an email saying my application was approved and a quote. I immediately contacted them and asked about matching, I was again told no pricing was available even though I had just gotten an email saying it was. Another week of this same thing until finally I was contacted with pricing. I again told them about my current lock, which they had a copy of but was 3 days old at the point they contacted me. I sent this to them again, 3 LE's at this point I sent to them without any response on if they could price match. Finally 3 more days pass and I was told they couldnt price match because the LE was 3 days older than when I got the original email. Completely ignoring the ones I sent on the Day of the email, or even further before that etc... They had a copy of the competitor LE on the day of the application, the day of the initial email, and the day they called me. They stalled each time until the dates no longer met the price pact requirement. Their Price Pact is nothing but a scam because they will stop responding until it is outside of their guidelines. Don't waste your time on them, not worth the effort, should have known better than to waste my time and see if they could do better or expect them to follow through on their own words!

I found some good and bad reviews for Beeline. So, I proceeded with caution. I filled out the initial information and was contacted by a rep by email. They offered a couple of options that looked promising. I responded by asking for some buydown options that was met with quick response and some even better options. Everything was "looking" great. I liked what I saw so I filled out the application and provided all of the personal information that was being asked for. I received an email asking me to log in and see what my loan options were. Not great! And, not what was offered in the previous emails. As I looked through their rates and loan options, I chose an option that did not have any buydown on the rate. I wanted to see the bare truth of their refinance. The monthly payments were significantly higher than previously suggested and higher than any other lender I had communications with. Like $300 higher. Beeline's offers had the option to look at a breakdown of their fees and costs. WOW! There were fees after fees after fees. No wonder the monthly payment was so high. The closing costs on a rate with NO buydown were almost $5000. CLICK! I'm out... I went with another lender that I was comparing apples with. Got a great rate, paying less than $2000 in closing costs and closing in 30 days. Please proceed with caution and read EVERYHING!! After their reply… Obviously they didnt read my review. Their initial email offer was a bait. Once i gave all the personal information, then came the switch. There wasnt a single offer that matched the email offer. Term and rate. Then they claim to have the lowest closing costs even after i stated a savings of almost $3000 in closing costs. Too bad I cant post pictures. That would be deafening.

TLDR; both my bank and Rocket did a much better job on refi. Makeabeeline promised a quick and easy refi process. Instead, I encountered numerous delays and mistakes. For example, I never got a copy of the appraisal on my property. The closing was delayed 4 times, finishing over a month late, in spite of me uploading all documents within a day of their request. They said the appraisal hadn't happened, when I had already met the appraiser at the property! Beeline called one day before scheduled closing to verify my old employment, because they couldn't figure out how to call the company. I Googled the company, then called their public line and got the info. Why couldn't beeline do that?

I researched for a week or so to get a good easy process to refinance. After reading many reviews I thought Beeline Loans would be great. I have an excellent credit score of 750-800, over $100,000 in equity, never have any late payments and wanted the quick simple hassle free experience. Come to find out quickly that this is not the company. If you want to be bounced around from one to another company agent every other week, impersonalized experience, lots of hassle, delays, no explanations, very long waits to your inquiries then be my guest. The process took two aggravating months of logging into a portal and email conversations with numerous case workers, was locked in with my rate twice, was approved twice, given 2 closing dates that passed and after waiting for weeks on the go ahead I logged back into the portal and it says "unsuccessful" no one has replied to my emails, no explanations, just waisted two months. Should have refinanced through my current mortgage lender. I would not waste your time with this company if you value time.
