Good experience with Mainely…
Have had a good experience with Mainely Tubs over the years. They take care of me and seem to genuinely care. And I love the hot tub.

Misinformation and terrible customer service
Their salesperson blatantly lied to us about availability when we purchased our hot tub. Spoke to the GM, who tells me "we all have lawyers" and made no attempt to rectify the actual issue, instead, she cancelled my order. AFTER we spent about $7K on the pad and electrical. Stay FAR AWAY!
