Expectations not met. Terrible Customer Service
I uploaded a file to be printed on a 6' x 2' banner for my son's team's upcoming tournament in Cooperstown. Mailpix printed the image I uploaded at half the size overlaid on another design that filled the 6' x 2' space. The banner looked terrible and could not be used. Mailpix would not correct the error by reprinting my banner, and declined to refund my credit card. I went to FedEx print, and they did an outstanding job printing the banner correctly. FedEx saved the day for us to have a banner representing my son's team at the tournament. Unfortunately, I had to pay for yet another banner.
