One star is too many. Magzoom ripped me off for over $130.00. I bought a 2 yr subs., they processed one year. I spent HOURS trying to correct it. In the end, no one (Pay Pal, my credit card, the Week magazine, National Community Service, nor Magzoom) helped me at all.

I paid for a 2 year renewal subscription yet they only provided a 1 year. So I paid twice as much as the publisher for 1 year. This place is a rip off. I wont use them every again. Stay away.

The reviews that they show on their page are simply fake. No customer service, I had waited a week for them to answer my questions and I only got a single half assed email that was just a copy paste of what they had sent me with the payment. I’m pretty certain it’s all a scam- I’ve contacted my credit card company to issue a refund and I suggest everyone to stay away from this scam.
