Extra charges All shipments come from China.got charged exchange fee of 5 dollars . Should have read the fine print. Never do business with them again. Item still in Germany.

Mailed out a broken and scratched phone…
Mailed out a broken and scratched phone case. As it was sent to my PO Box it took me a couple of days to get it. When I complained and sent them photos etc as requested after days of drawn out “we need to have a photo of the damage” “we need to have a photo of the packaging” “we need to have a photo of a QR code that was on the phone case” etc they then tell me it was too long ago to issue a refund. Save your money. The case is crap and unusable and given their customer service you have no recourse when they send you damaged goods.
