Madison Avenue Couture is my new go-to for authentic Hermes handbags. They streamline the process and supply solid authenticity docs. With all the fakes out there, I have total trust in them. By far the top Hermes handbag reseller in the United States. I’d recommend them to anyone looking for a pre-owned bag, new or used!

I am so happy I found Madison Avenue Couture. This past year I have sold some items I wasn't wearing and was able to use the money to buy my DREAM bag that I was never able to score at the Hermes Boutique. The process of getting a quote to receiving the bag was seamless, I was so impressed by the professionalism and care their team conducts themselves with. Their bags are all 100% authentic and their selection is jaw dropping. I will slowly convert all my friends into Madison obsessors as we're all sick of the Hermes game.

Madison Avenue Couture has a pretty decent selection of luxury items, especially if you’re looking for hard-to-find pieces. The website is easy to browse and the listings are clear. That said, I expected a bit more variety and flexibility in pricing. Overall, a good place to window shop or make a special purchase if they have what you’re after.

I like this company. Delivery very fast. Happy to receive the bag on my birthday. They answer my questions very quickly. Love Madison and will purchase again. Thank you.

A very unfortunate issue with a Fed X driver forging my name caused me great grief with the purchase from this company. However Judy and Alexis from Madison Avenue Couture absolutely did everything they could to help me and they did. I cannot tell you enough how happy I am with the purchase of the Birkin bag I purchased for my wife. My wife loved it. Seriously great staff and good people. Ill never go anywhere else. If your considering a purchase from this company . dont think twice . Do it !
