Fraudulent company we ordered 2 ornaments and never received them they are in the US but sitting supposed in a warehouse somewhere they have not been delivered and the company will not respond to requests for a refund don’t but from this retailer

I have been in contact with your company at least twice about this order. I CANNOT WRITE A REVIEW BECAUSE I DO NOT HAVE THE ORNAMENT! Where is the ornament? I am ready to contact my credit card company to let them know there was a fraudulent charge on my card. What a scam you are running! I wish I had read the reviews on this site and I would have NEVER placed an order. It has been over a month, November 11, 2025, since the order was placed. Terrible business.

Worst experience ever in my life! I bought a mustang advent calender and the picture showed nice big cars to hang on my Christmas tree. I then got the this tiny box. I opened the first 3 spots nothing in there! I then opened the fourth spot only to find a wee tiny plastic car. It was like 2 inches and barely could read the writing. They will not refund my full amount but are willing to only go as far as 20%. BUYER BEWARE, JUNK JUNK JUNK AND DID I SAY JUNK. Going right in the garbage! Missing cars and little tiny shit of a product, put it on the tree and they will get lost for sure!

Your product was such a disappointment. It is so small you cannot even see the names, and it is obviously just a piece of cut plastic with a sticker on the back. I will never order from you, again. I am embarrassed to give it to my family members. My husband said it looked like something from a gumball machine. Almost $25, for a very sad product.

I ordered a Christmas ornament over a month ago and still haven't received it. Every time I email and ask, I get the response that it's coming with a tracking number. When I click on the tracking number, nothing has changed since the first day. I think it's comical that this is the second email I've received asking to review an item that I haven't received. Pretty sure this is a scam. Don't waste your money on a product you'll probably never receive.
