It is actually a negative star review... Bought one of the pillows and what I received is a flat pillow, no 3D, nothing like the image they use to sell. No vibrant colors, just a watered down pillow... This is a scam.

I placed three separate orders with this company. None of them was as advertised. I ordered a "Dumpster Fire Response Team with all of my teams' names on it. Not a single name was correct. When I contacted support, they stated that the order number on the emails I had received from your company was nonexistent and that they had no record of the order through that number, my email address, or my name. But, (surprise surprise!) I get an email asking me to review the product. Are you kidding me?!? I cannot give a low enough score. The second item was clearly advertised as a 3D item (vertical with a stand), and the item I received was flat, without even a stand. Pitiful. I was at least offered a 10% refund on this one, but they applied it to a third item that I had ordered (another crappy ornament that was not as advertised, but at this point, I knew I was getting nothing from these guys, so I had not complained), which was the least expensive of the three. Avoid this company at all costs!

Terrible and false advertising. Like most expected 3d and got flat acrylic. Will never order again. Also filed a claim with Visa for the amount back.

The items were nothing like the pictures. Totally miss leading. For what I received I wouldn’t have paid $20 for. Total scam.

Never received item. Contacted customer service and got what appeared to be an automated response telling me to check neighbors cameras and call post office. Tracking map shows item being delivered on other side of town I reside in. Terrible service, avoid, or use caution.

I should have read the reviews first before purchasing spooky family ornament cost a lot and never received it. They emailed me back saying be patient but, still now 30 days later nothing. I'm so pissed it was a special personalized christmas ornament. Never again will I get taken by scammers. Lesson learned!!!

I'm totally disappointed in all the ornaments I purchased! All are thin pieces of plastic! Nothing is as advertised! I want all my money back! This company should not exist! Ever! They are scamming people! DO NOT EVER PURCHASE FROM THEM!!!!!!!!!

Product sent was falsely advertised. The picture showed one thing and I was sent something completely different. No one should buy this product it’s a complete scam!!
