Machbaro is a modern restaurant management platform designed to streamline ordering workflows for cafés, bars, and restaurants. By replacing paper tickets and manual coordination, Machbaro connects front-of-house operations, kitchen stations, and bars into a single, cohesive browser-based system. With Machbaro, venues can easily launch mobile-friendly digital menus and contactless QR ordering right at the table. Guests simply scan a QR code with their smartphone camera to browse dishes, customize items, and place orders directly in their mobile browser—without installing any applications or completing tedious registrations. Once an order is confirmed by front-of-house staff, it routes automatically to dedicated kitchen display systems (KDS) and bar screens by station, table number, and preparation status. The platform also supports direct takeaway and delivery ordering, waiter calls, bill requests, interactive table floor plans, and real-time revenue analytics.Unlike third-party delivery marketplaces that take hefty commissions, Machbaro operates on a transparent, fixed monthly subscription model with zero commission fees and no order volume caps. The software runs seamlessly on standard laptops, tablets, and smartphones, requiring no expensive proprietary hardware or complicated installations. Machbaro helps hospitality businesses elevate guest satisfaction, speed up table turnover, and maintain full control over their revenue and brand identity.

Onboarding was quick and low-risk — we started with just a few tables to test it out, and the team helped transfer our menu, set up the QR codes, and run our first order in about 15 minutes. No commission on orders, fixed and transparent pricing, and a system that smoothly ties together the digital menu, QR ordering, and kitchen/bar screens. Support was responsive throughout the setup, which made the transition easy.

Machbaro made table ordering straightforward for our bar. Guests just scan the QR code and order drinks straight from their browser without downloading apps or creating accounts. Our front-of-house team confirms each order before it hits the bar, keeping service fully under control. The table map and instant sold-out item toggling are very convenient features. Highly recommend it!
