Marie was great at keeping the communication open and transitive. I asked the team, Lyte, to get my refund for my Coachella pass from 2020 since I need to use the funds for other personal matters. Marie was able to make it happen for me. When the whole Covid-19 starts to simmer down for everyone to get out in the world and be active again, I'll for sure consider still attending Coachella once in my life, at least. Thank you so much for helping me get my refund back team, you helped relieved one less load of my shoulder.
